Zumba Gold

Reiki Classes

​Dylan will offer all levels of Reiki Practitioner classes in 2021. These trainings will meet the needs of people who seek to learn traditional Japanese Reiki, to become a Reiki Practitioner, or who wish to begin or deepen their spiritual practice. Her trainings make traditional Japanese Reiki accessible to the modern learner without diminishing its key teachings.
Usui Reiki is a simple, method of natural health promotion and spiritual development created by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. In a Reiki session, healing spiritual energy is made available to the recipient, promoting calm, ease and restored vitality.

Level One Shoden Reiki Class
Please call for updated schedule. The next Level One class will be offered this year. 
Contents: Introduction to energy healing, self-healing with Reiki, Reiki history, principles and practices, and Japanese meditation and energy enhancing techniques. This class will give you a solid foundation from which to develop your healing skills. 

Level Two, Okuden Reiki Class
The next class will be offered this year. Call for updated schedule. 
Contents: Sharing Reiki With Others, Usui Reiki symbols, Advanced Meditations and techniques, Expanded Uses for Reiki.

Level Three, Shinpiden (Reiki Master) Reiki Class and Level Four, Shihan (Reiki Master Teacher)

Meditation Classes

"Meditation and Mindful Movement"

Wednesday evenings, 6:30-7:45 pm

Dates: This is a weekly class on Zoom which requires a password. Please sign up for class by emailing dylan@dylanmariah.com. ​
Class Information: This meditation class offers you a supportive place to learn about and practice a variety of guided meditations geared towards nurturing inner peace and balance. 
Self awareness, stretching, activating reflex points with self massage, mindful movement and breathing practices will enhance your meditation experience. 
Suggested donation: $5-25/class.​
