All services except workshops and trainings are offered on a sliding fee scale; clients set their own fees within the fee range based on ability to pay and frequency of sessions needed. All potential clients are encouraged to discuss financial needs directly with Dylan in the event that negotiation is needed to allow you to receive needed services on a regular basis. Multiple session discounts are available for clients who will be seen on an ongoing basis.
Workshops and trainings offer “bring-a-friend” discounts of 10% off for the referring participant. Yoga class participants receive discounts based on purchase of non refundable multi-class cards.

Transformational Counseling
Drawing on both traditional insight-oriented, behavioral and family systems therapy with alternative therapy techniques, transformational counseling sessions are a unique creation informed by the client’s needs and preferences. Dylan’s studies and practice of body centered and gestalt therapy, guided imagery, mindfulness meditation techniques, focusing and other holistic approaches to promoting positive life change assist with opening the heart and mind to awareness and behavioral change.
All counseling sessions and other services are confidential and conducted with an attitude of deep respect for the client and their innate self-knowing.

Reiki Energy Balancing Sessions
Reiki, which is known as "Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy" supports the whole person, promotes healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, is natural and complements other treatment modalities and treatments. Reported benefits include deep relaxation and stress reduction, increased vitality and mental clarity, improved immune function and increased resistance to illness, reduced symptoms of chronic illness, stress, depression and anxiety.
Dylan's Enhanced Reiki Sessions incorporate Usui & Karuna Reiki as well as techniques from Therapeutic Touch and Polarity Therapy. Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing and Essential Oils are also used as needed to enhance the session. Joint sessions are also available and are offered with Dave Cornell, experienced Usui Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapist and creator of the "Dowsing for Health" system of energy healing.

Usui Reiki Trainings
Dylan offers Usui and Karuna Reiki Practitioner trainings through the Master level. In her Reiki trainings Dylan gives a comprehensive training grounded in traditional Usui Reiki that introduces her students to both a structured and intuitive approach to offering Reiki. She gears her trainings to the interests of the students in class and focuses, as did Dr. Usui, on the spiritual and personal development of the participants in the training. You can expect your training with Dylan to be experiential, practical, inspiring and supportive of your learning, with ample time to practice and integrate what you have learned. Ways to enhance your reiki sessions through use of other natural healing techniques are offered in a workshop or class format after the completion of your level one Usui Reiki training.
Level One, 8 hours $195 ($170 bring a friend discount)
Level Two, 8 hours $250 ($230 bring a friend discount)
Combined 1 & 2, 16 hours $425 ($20 less than 2 trainings individually)
To re-take a Reiki class when space is available, $25 fee. Pre-training Reiki Session; for those who have not received Reiki with Dylan and are registered for a training, $45.
Usui Reiki Master & Reiki Master Teacher Training
Dylan offers two options for advancing to the level 3, or Master level in Usui Reiki. One may attend a 16 hour Reiki Master class to deepen their healing skills and learn additional symbols and techniques. For those who would like to become a Reiki Master Teacher, an apprenticeship is offered which gives the apprentice opportunities to co-teach and receive additional supervision with Dylan. After completion of the Reiki Master Class, the Reiki Master Teacher requires additional supervision hours and active participation in all 3 levels of Reiki trainings.
Reiki Master: $650, if levels 1 & 2 completed with Dylan, $725 if trained elsewhere (requires additional meeting/s, review of level 1 & 2 material plus attunement).
Reiki Master Teacher: $750, includes attendance at additional levels 1-3 trainings, opportunities to co-teach, supervision at Reiki Shares, by phone and email. Additional training/supervision meetings at current Reiki session rates.
Karuna Reiki Practitioner and Master Training
Karuna Reiki is a creation of William Rand that takes your Usui Reiki Practice to a new level. With new symbols and techniques, your ability to help your clients will be enhanced in many ways. It is a pre-requisite to the Karuna training that you have completed the Usui Reiki Master training. At the completion of your Karuna training with Dylan you will receive a certificate from the International Center for Reiki Training and be qualified to practice and teach Karuna Reiki.
Full Day training for level one and two, $275/day. Karuna Master training, one day, $275. Total 3 days $825. (10% refer a friend discount applies)
Yoga Classes and Private Consultations
A certified 200 hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Dylan’s yoga classes and private consultations offer a unique blend of Kripalu, vinyasa flow and hatha styles of yoga enhanced by years of personal spiritual work and meditation. Her classes are infused with a deep understanding of the dynamics of positive change and the spiritual foundation of yoga within a unique, user-friendly approach. All of her classes are geared specifically to the needs of participants.

Fitness & Pilates Classes, Workshops and Instructor Trainings
Dylan is a certified Fitness Instructor who has been providing group exercise classes and personal training for many years. She currently offers pilates and yoga classes and personal training in her office and teaches fitness classes at the YMCA, Perinton Recreation Center and the Jewish Community Center. She also provides trainings for fitness instructors as a Master Trainer for Fitour®, a national fitness education organization. She is a continuing education provider for both AFAA and ACE and has been certified with AFAA since 1987. Fees for ongoing Fitness classes depend on location. Fees for instructor trainings with Fitour® depend on registration date; early bird discounts offered for registration completed 2 weeks in advance of instructor trainings and workshops.
